The Tri-State Coalition Against Human Trafficking is hosting a retreat entitled Confronting Human Trafficking on January 14, 2023, from 9 AM- 3 PM. January is National Human Trafficking Awareness month. Start the year off right by educating yourself on how to do your part to end the horrors of human trafficking.
The retreat will be held at the Shalom Spirituality Center on 1001 Davis Street, Dubuque, Iowa, 52001. The cost is $20 per person which includes lunch. Please register at shalomretreats.org or call 563.582.3592 by Friday, January 6.
This retreat is for law enforcement, victim advocates, service providers, educators, community leaders, parents, teachers, and concerned citizens. 3.5 hours of CEU’s are available for Social Workers of Iowa.
