On May 7th, Coalition members set up an information booth at the Dubuque Farmers Market to raise awareness of human trafficking in Iowa.

The Farmers Market in Dubuque, Iowa, is a reoccurring event that takes place every Saturday from 9am-12pm from the months of May through October. It’s a Dubuque tradition since 1865. Typical booths provide walking customers with the option to purchase locally grown ingredients, flowers, soaps, and other needs, along with local art and other recreational items. The Coalition’s booth provided information for every person that walked by on the prevalence and danger of human trafficking.
